Data Policy
Pillar Solutions LLC is committed to safeguarding your privacy and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with any information shared with us.
We collect only the information necessary to provide services effectively—such as your name, email address, business name, and project needs. This information may be stored within secure third-party tools, including but not limited to Calendly and Brevo, which are used for scheduling, communications, and project management. By submitting your information through our website, forms, or scheduling tools, you consent to this usage.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unaffiliated third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at kevin@thinkpillarsolutions.com.
We take data protection seriously and regularly review our practices to ensure compliance with relevant privacy standards. However, no system is entirely immune to risks. By working with Pillar Solutions, you acknowledge and accept these reasonable limitations.
Technology Policy
Pillar Solutions may use a variety of platforms and technologies to deliver services, improve your business systems, or provide technical support—including, but not limited to, cloud-based software, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, web builders, and analytics tools.
When we assist with these systems, we will always aim to:
Protect the integrity of your accounts and digital assets.
Follow best practices in security, login management, and access permissions.
Maintain professional discretion and confidentiality when handling your business tools.
You are responsible for maintaining ownership and control of your accounts. Pillar Solutions does not retain login access after a project is completed unless explicitly agreed in writing. We will never make permanent changes without your prior consent.
No Harm Policy
At times, Pillar Solutions may take temporary control of your website, software, or business systems—such as through screen-sharing, user account login, or direct administrative access—to perform contracted services or troubleshoot technical issues.
While every effort will be made to ensure your systems remain intact and functional, you agree that Pillar Solutions is not liable for any unintended consequences, including but not limited to:
Website or software outages
Loss of data or digital content
System errors resulting from pre-existing configurations or third-party platforms
Incompatibilities, plugin failures, or service disruptions
Unauthorized access caused by insecure passwords or systems beyond our control
You acknowledge and accept these risks when granting access or requesting technical services. To minimize such risks, we recommend ensuring backups and administrative controls are in place before beginning any service engagement.
If you have questions about this policy, or need help preparing your systems prior to work, contact us at kevin@thinkpillarsolutions.com.
